How to request account deletion

- Use the subject: "DIIT Smart Student – Account Deletion Request".
- Include your registered student ID and contact information.
- Our support team will verify your identity and guide you through the deletion process.
Data deletion and retention
Upon verification, eligible account information and associated personal data will be deleted in accordance with institutional policies.
Academic records, examination results, payment records, and other information that DIIT is legally or institutionally required to retain may remain in the institution's records.
The support team will explain applicable retention periods and the outcome of your request.
